Hi,
And Thanks for dropping by. This little web site is for anyone interested in Alcoholics Anonymous, Zanesville, Ohio, Recovery, life in general, and a little hole in the wall place called: The Alley Group.
I plan on adding some more pictures, information, maps, meeting list, and a little bit of John Lennon Ok ... a bunch of John Lennon, some great links, etc ...... I hope to make it a great place to visit. Thanks for being patient - dale
The picture to the right is acually the second location for The Alley Group. The first being in a garage on Ball Street in Zanesville, Ohio. The second location was located in an alley between Third and Forth Streets in downtown Zanesville, hence the name: 47 North 4TH Street, Alley Group. We held meetings there for about 16 years.
We finally moved uptown to 526 Market Street, Zanesville in 1998 due to building deterioration and meeting room size.
We took as much of the old alley with us as possible,(a spiritual thing I believe).

February/2001 What's New? Hey I'll tell ya what's new! I finally got the Lycos message board configured on the "Contact Me" page. Three days, That's not bad for an alcoholic. I guess normal folks would have taken the easier and softer way out and read the instructions. So give it a try and let me know how it works.
September/2003 Hello again, I've changed a few things around and added a little bit of John Lennon/Beatle music to each page,(Yea I figured out how to embed midis.) I'm sorry to say that I added George H.Harrison to the "About Me" page with John. It's ok though - they always played well together. :-)
